We had terrible service from the front office. They were consistently late and never called us to let us know (especially with toddlers and naps etc...) they misplaced our medical records and lost my daughter's x-ray. The md gave us less than stellar care and advice. This was validated once I got another pediatric denist's opinion. I would never go to him again. It was an awful experience.
