Dr. Pugeda is an outstanding dentist and I have been going to her for nine years. Her staff is very helpful, it is a small office, like an old fashioned family practice and Dr. Pugeda gives very high quality service. I never had any complaint about the quality of my dental care at this office. She has good rapport with her patients, very clean and nice office, never had a billing problem and she has a high skill level.
However, there is a SERIOUS problem in that it is practically impossible to call Dr. Pugeda's office and speak to a live person. 99.99% of the time you will get the answering machine tape and can only leave a message. I asked Dr. Pugeda dozens of time to hire a clerk to answer the phone - but it never registers.
The office is very difficult to get in touch with if you want to talk to a live person - because you always get the tape macine. They will call you back - but then you play telephone tag back and forth with voice mail messages.
But in every other respect, Dr. Pugeda is an outstanding dentist, like an old fashioned family doctor who gives personal care and spends a lot of time with her patients.
