I didn't even get to meet Dr. Davoudi bc Teri was so incredibly rude we chose to take our services elsewhere (which by the way would have been 6 patients as our entire family was going to transfer to receive care here).

About Front Desk: WATCH OUT!! If you want someone to question your whereabouts when you miss a dental appointment, then this is the place for you!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This place is ridiculous. I believe dental care is not only about wonderful dentists, but also great front desk staff. Well, unfortunately, this place is LACKING GREATLY!! My children were scheduled for their initial appointment to be seen. I was unable to keep the scheduled appointment due to an emergency that happened that day. When I called to r/s their appt the very next day, I spoke to the "so-called" manager, Teri, at the office. I initially apologized for missing the appointment and not having called due to emergency. Her response was silence, and then in a snippy and cold tone answered, "and, how can I help you?" I informed her that I was calling to re-schedule the appt, but she obviously does not want our service, so I would be happy to take our care elsewhere. I hung up, bewildered at what had just occurred. I could not believe this lady was actually representing a dental office. I had just apologized and told her we had an emergency, and she responds with a rude and inconsiderate attitude? Wow. So, I decided to call back again to speak to the manager, and of course she stated that she was the manager. I informed her that it had to be a joke that she was the manager as her customer service skills were terrible and that along with her snarky tones, I did not appreciate her leaving the voice mail on my phone questioning where I was at and why I missed the appointment the day before. I further informed her that I did not have to explain my situation to her and that it was ridiculous that here I am trying to receive dental care for my children, which by the way, we pay for, not her, and she wants to question my whereabouts? She proceeded by stating that all it takes is one second to call and I could have and should have called. At that point I reminded her that we had an emergency and I apologize, but at the time, the dental appointment was not my top concern. I was done with this person and in shock that this was actually happening bc I have never experienced this with any provider! I informed her that she is ridiculous to be making such requests from patients, and she joyfully stated, "well, perhaps you should take your business elsewhere." Gladly, we have. The funny part, I had literally one minute before calling, recommended this office to a friend at work, solely bc of a young man who I spoke to at the office prior to this call. He was very friendly, I believe his name is Oscar. But, as soon as I returned to my desk, I saw my co-worker on the phone changing her dental provider. I flagged her down and told her not to go to that dental office. After I explained to her what had happened, she agreed. She did not want her family to receive care at a location where someone like Teri is the manager. HEADS UP TO THE DENTISTS AT THIS OFFICE, this lady is terrible, terrible for your business. I have spread the word to friends and family and others to stay away from this dental group. My apologies to the dental provider who seem great, but having someone as this Teri as your "manager"- oh dear, you could be the best in the world, but having her as the first contact and in a vital leadership position, equates your business to being the worse. You should truly re-think who you hire to represent your business!
