My entire family has been a patient of Dr. Sparrow's for a number of years. Never once have we had to cancel any of our appointments. His office has recently implemented a new cancellation policy - $75 for a cancelled appointment. I was trying to RESCHEDULE and they still wanted to charge the $75. I needed to reschedule due to pressures at work and the inflexibility on their part was unacceptable.
Dr. Sparrow is a fine dentist. It's too bad his employees are causing him to lose patients.
