He and his staff do their utmost to keep the procedures pain-free by offering nitrous oxide, a new method of injecting novacaine, and ultrasound cleaning of my teeth. The hygienists also make sure that I know what I can do between visits to keep my teeth healthy. The office staff is very good at dealing with my insurance company, thus insuring that I know what I am paying upfront and eliminating any billing hassle for me.
