The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel at ease which is a bonus. The facilities make you feel calm and that's definitely a plus for me because I've usually never felt at ease in a doctor's or dentist's office and hearing horror stories about root canals didn't make me feel any better before coming here. Dr. Ho was very nice and talked me through everything that he was doing. That definitely helped bring my anxiety level down. In the end there was no pain involved and it was a pleasant experience. Overall I received very good service from the Dr. and his staff and I would definitely recommend Dr. Ho to my friends and family.
