I am very pleased with my experience at the hands of Dr. Ho. I had only the word of my primary dentist about his skill and I tend not to be very trusting when it comes to dentists. However, my fears were unfounded and I have only deep appreciation for my experience with him, his staff and environment. If anyone needs root canal or any related treatment I give this dentist my approval.

Very pleased overall, and the total fee was within $100 of another endodontist's quote in the same area. In the first evaluation visit, Dr. Ho was 45 minutes late, but both he and his staff came into the waiting room to apologize. After the first procedure (root canal), I received a follow-up call from Dr. Ho to check on my health. Finally, within 24 hours of the final procedure (buildup), Dr. Ho e-mailed me a report with the x-ray images that I can keep for future reference. His office has new equipment (e.g. instantaneous x-rays and low-profile tools that more easily fit in your mouth), and Dr. Ho seems knowledgeable, skilled and honest. His staff carefully explained the fees and insurance issues (providing a hard copy) in the initial evaluation visit. My only quibble is that his schedule could not accommodate a root canal and build-up in one continuous session (which would mean the anesthesia, x-rays, discomfort, and transportation expenses would only occur once instead of twice). I would recommend Dr. Ho to family and friends.

Dr. Ho is awesome! My dentist, (who is ALSO the BEST DENTIST IN THE WORLD - Dr. Robert Lambing) referred me to Dr. Ho for a Root Canal. Being the anxious freak that I am around dental issues, I was a little nervous. He and his staff made the entire experience seriously like going to the Nordstrom Spa or the Claremont Resort Spa. Not kidding. There was a point while I was getting the root canal where he was literally jamming the little metal things into my root and i was giddy with laughter and pleasure - could not feel a thing! He did such an amazing job that I didn't need any tylenol or pain killers after the root canal. He's totally in tuned with his patients and treated me with total respect.
Just to reinforce how high my recommendation is, I'm normally an absolute crazy person about going to the dentist. I'd rather jump out of a plane than get a teeth cleaning. Dr. Ho gave me the best root canal of my life... it was up there with getting a massage! WOW!

Visiting Dr. Ho for treatment is an extraordinairly wonderful experience. You know immediatly you have found world-class medical and dental care. Dr. Ho, his staff and office are very professional, kind, helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The luxury chairs, beautiful surroundings and superior equipment do make you feel like you have gone to a 5 star spa. I was sorry I didn't have to come back again!

Dr. Ho made me feel comfortable through his communication and confidence. The facilitiy had state of the art equipment and was conveniently located. He also gave me an honest account of the options for future procedures that might be needed.

Dr. Ho was very sensitive to my needs and anxieties (I had a lot of dental work done in one year). He took the time to explain procedures, alternatives and other complexities of my dental work. His office is outfitted with the latest and greatest, but his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended for honesty, lack of condescension and comfort.

Highly recommended. Just to let you know what type of person he is, my dentist referred me to him because she thought i had a borderline case of needing a root canal. Dr. Ho decided that I DID NOT need a root canal after some extensive tests. How 'bout that for a doctor in this day in age of doctors wanting to get every last dollar. This should assure anyone that they will get a very honest assesment at this facility. He made me feel at ease, the facilities were excellent, and his staff is one of the friendliest I have ever encountered. It was a very very pleasant experience all around. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and his staff.

The whole treatment was done in a very professional way. I think everyone involved took care of me beyond what i expected especially because i was very very nervous. my experience with this root canal was one that i could do again if needed. Dr. Ho is excellent in has work and a great personality to match.

The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel at ease which is a bonus. The facilities make you feel calm and that's definitely a plus for me because I've usually never felt at ease in a doctor's or dentist's office and hearing horror stories about root canals didn't make me feel any better before coming here. Dr. Ho was very nice and talked me through everything that he was doing. That definitely helped bring my anxiety level down. In the end there was no pain involved and it was a pleasant experience. Overall I received very good service from the Dr. and his staff and I would definitely recommend Dr. Ho to my friends and family.
