Very pleased overall, and the total fee was within $100 of another endodontist's quote in the same area. In the first evaluation visit, Dr. Ho was 45 minutes late, but both he and his staff came into the waiting room to apologize. After the first procedure (root canal), I received a follow-up call from Dr. Ho to check on my health. Finally, within 24 hours of the final procedure (buildup), Dr. Ho e-mailed me a report with the x-ray images that I can keep for future reference. His office has new equipment (e.g. instantaneous x-rays and low-profile tools that more easily fit in your mouth), and Dr. Ho seems knowledgeable, skilled and honest. His staff carefully explained the fees and insurance issues (providing a hard copy) in the initial evaluation visit. My only quibble is that his schedule could not accommodate a root canal and build-up in one continuous session (which would mean the anesthesia, x-rays, discomfort, and transportation expenses would only occur once instead of twice). I would recommend Dr. Ho to family and friends.
