By going over the review from this dental clinic. It looks like I am not the first patient that incident had occurred. First of, I would like to say that Dr. Jennifer Sasada is the sweetest and caring Dentist and I would continue to see her again even though what happened was very wrong and as I mentioned this is not the first time it happened by reading the reviews. It's the FRONT DESK and she's is also the BILLER by the name CAROL. On the day of my appointment she stated that I had full balance from couple months ago of over $200. I was surprised as I have dual coverage. Long story short, she had made a duplicate insurance request and overcharge me. When I found out that she had overcharged me, then right away she said oh you have another balance from your cleaning, which I knew she was lying, because she would have mentioned it a long time ago. I asked for her last name, because I was ready to report her. She wouldn't give me her last name and then said oh I just check your file and you don't have any balance. I say this again, Dr. Jennifer Sasada and the back staff are the sweetest and caring people, but you just have to watch out for CAROL at the front desk and biller.
