I recently was at Dr. Vasquez's office with an abscess tooth and the pain was unbearable. I had nothing but pain and throbbing in tooth 31 for the entire weekend. (I will never forget the pain of tooth 31) I showed up on Monday at 8:30 even knowing the office doesn't open until 9:00. I was just glad to be near a place to provide relief. The entire staff, receptionist, assistants, dental hygienist included were all so very comforting during this painful experience. The doctor was out of the country and would not be back until the next day; however, Terri, at the front desk, tried to find another dentist within my network to offer immediate help. Unfortunately, I was not comfortable with the other dentist listed and decided to return the next day. This was not an easy decision as I considered removing the infected tooth myself. If I had found some pliers I would have. (Lucky me, I guess, my husband never puts anything back where it belongs). Next day, first appointment Dr. Vasquez turned a Mrs. Jekyll/Hyde back to a happy lady. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Vasquez and staff to all.
