Held off my third root canal over 2 years due to past experience with root canals done by another dentist. Dr. Dixon was recommended to me by a friend. This friend is very squeamish about dental work and gave Dr. Dixon two thumbs up! I made my appointment and found his facility neat and tidy and Dr. Dixon very professional explaining everything along the way. I have never experienced such a pain-free root canal and didn't have any of that fat-lip craziness associated with other dental procedures. Drove myself home and haven't had any trouble with that tooth since! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Dixon for root canal. Even if your regular dentist performs his own root canals (as my previous two were done), ask to be referred to Dr. Dixon and let the specialist do the job!

About Front Desk: Actually, on my first visit the receptionist was busy and thus she came across as a little 'robot' like so I could see why one of the reviewers here had a hard time. But once you get to know her, she really is helpful and friendly. Dr. Dixon has his own practice so the receptionist is a do-all job there.
