Dr Leins preformed an implant for me. I immediately had complications. They financed over $7000 with care credit (which was more than the procedure). I lost the implant. He than said for the additional 1500 I had paid he would put in a bridge. He did so and ground down and replaced the tooth next to it to give me a nicer smile. Within the year I had to have the bridge removed and tooth it was anchored to pulled because it was anchored to a bad tooth. The tooth next to it is now coming out because it was killed during the procedure. I would not recommend this dentist. He might be o.k. for routine check up but stay clear for anything else!
