I've asked twice for Dr. Peterson to phone me so that I can explain to him why he lost me as a patient. I have yet to receive a call, and wonder whether he has received that message. His front office was extremely snotty to me and rescheduled my appt when I was 10 minutes late. 8 of those minutes were spent by me pacing in front of their door while on the cell phone dealing with the hospital regarding an emergency with my uncle. As a result of this unfortunate encounter, and Dr. Peterson's refusal to return my call, he has now lost 4 patients. My mother, her husband, and my sister were all patients of his for more than 5 years as well. As a customer, I expect decency and respect from all involved with my experience at the dentist. As a business owner, I felt it would be in Dr. Peterson's best interest to be informed as to why he was losing a patient (and subsequently now, total of 4 patients). Unfortunately, I had been happy with Dr. Peterson and his employees until this unfortunate experience.
