Been going to Dr Behr for 7+ years and not had any problems. They always take care of the insurance without any work on my part and the hygienist & front desk services are great. They also send out remiders to make appointments which is a plus for me. My wife recently had a tooth emergency and they were able to quickly work her into that days schedule to take care of her problem. I recommended Dr Behr to a friend that had broke a filling at work & they were able to schedule this new patient for the next morning. My friend was a happy camper when I saw him the next day for lunch.
The only negative for Dr Behr office is the long lead time for a non-emergency appointment. Guess he is so popular that the open time slots all fill up fast.
Bottom line - Good family dentist & great staff.
