I was going to Dr. Wright for 5 years. No fail I went every 6 months along with my son and husband. I always felt like they were a little money driven and snappy about their money. I would always pay off our bill and had given them a lot of money in dental work. One month I needed extra dental work done which was going to cost about $300. Dr. Wright knew our family was going through personal issues with sickness and employment issues. He agreed to do the work. I would pay him a little at a time. After only 2 months he sent me to COLLECTIONS! No call, no asking if my family was ok, no caring except for money. I would have preferred for him to deny the much needed treatment then treat us like that. Especially after paying thousands of dollars over the years. Then when I paid them directly instead of the collection departmen the staff was very rude about it and informed me that they do not want my business. They are greedy and not around to help people. Just for money no matter the circumstances. If you want a dentist who cares about their patients and not making a quick dollar DO NOT GO HERE

About Front Desk: Very rude and not helpful to everyday people. Sometimes you need to be there for the patient not for the quick dollar
