I had a crown put in for a supposedly cracked tooth, although I could not see this on the x-rays. The initial crown was very uncomfortable and I had to go back over 15 times for adjustments. Finally the answer that I got was - well this is the best we can do. After two years, when I was still not happy with the fit I decided to try another dentist. She was appalled at the fit and quality of the crown and immediately suggested replacing it. When the old crown was off she found that the prep work had been done poorly and so much food had gotten under the crown because of the poor fit that my tooth underneath had started to decay. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before having any major work done at this office. A side note was that it took over six months to get the billing done right. Their billing person is rude and difficult to work with and had a hard time getting the paperwork sent to the correct address.

About Hygienist: The hygenist, Kathy Novak, is great. Very through and gentle. She would be the one reason that I would go to this office for cleanings, but not for anything else.
