She is very personable, a people person. You can tell she enjoys her profession. In my experience I had to have a crown replacement but she made sure that my comfort level iwas met. She is extremely accomodating. and empathetic.
I haven't had a bad experience w/dentist's however, I have a low tolerance for their sharp instruments so am very anxious just when i get my teeth cleaned. Her hygienists accomodate my request to put a numbing solution on my lower gums during the cleaning processs and that helps alleve my anxiety .
You can imagine (or not) how i felt when i had to have my crown replaced. TWICE, tho no fault of anyone but my own if even. In a nutshell, I still had my root intact and was nervous about feeling any pain. She and her technicitook care of me as well as her technicians. When we replaced my 1st crown a little over a month ago, it gave me some discomfort afterwards. I made an appt w/Darlyne and she recommended a do over....at no cost . I am really happy and very much satisfied w/my new crown. I am good to go for many years ahead.
Thank you Darlyne for taking very good care of me, graciously putting up w/my fears and giving me a positive experience. I ttruly trust your chairside manner implicitley.
