My wife and I have moved around and been with quite a few dentists, and Dr. Olson is by far the best. He has always referred to me by name, been up-front about cost-reduction-strategies, life-time dental planning, and always reviews my file before talking to me (or has an awesome memory, as he always asks about how previous work is doing). I have had many checkups, cleanings, caps & fillings with him. He is very sensitive to needs, pain, etc. Overall, what impresses me most with Dr. Olson is that he involves you in the decision making and procedures. Also takes time to talk to you and address any questions. Facilities are as good as I would ever expect from a dentist office. Very clean. Insurance has worked flawlessly with them, any issues they are comfortable taking care of themselves without hassle. He has great dental hygienists, who are very friendly, and the rest of the staff has always been great. By far the best dentist I've visited---coming from a guy who with bad genes that have translated into bad teeth.
