I had seen Dr. Rosenfeld for a second opinion on a crown that was giving me problems. My family dentist wanted an endodontist to check it - she could not see any problems. The first endodontist that my dentist recommened was curt and brusque and not forthcoming with information. Yep, it just needs to be a root canal. Geez. He was out of my network anyway so I found Dr. Rosenfeld. Great guy - great information and took the time to explain things. It wasn't even the existing crown - it was the back tooth causing the problems with a huge crack! Dr. Rosenfeld saved me from uncessary pain and expense. I have had the back tooth crowned and things are great! I recommend Dr. Rosenfeld with no qualms as he is a very knowledgable and experienced endodontist! I am not real pleased with the front desk people as the day I was there and the next time too, several were just seated and staring out the windows - nothing to do? Also, the staff are a bit standoffish until you warm them up. Otherwise, it can feel a bit industrial and mechanical. Other than that, it was fine.
