I began seeing Dr. Pareja after becoming dissatisfied with another dentist. Dr. Pareja is very knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. He has a calming presence. I have had a couple crowns done, a few fillings, a bridge, cleanings (Jo-Ann is wonderful), and am very satisfied with all aspects of care received. The only pain I have felt is from the novacaine going in; they are very concerned that patients do not feel pain.
The dental assistants are very competent and professional. The office staff always calls to confirm appointments, they coordinate all insurance payments, and are nice to their clients, which is very refreshing! Also, the building itself makes me feel calm because it feels a bit like a vacation lodge with interior wood and cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows way up top, free special coffees and teas, television, and I think there is even a fireplace in the waiting room.
Overall, I think this is the best place I've gone for dental care and I highly recommend Dr. Pareja and his staff.
