About Hygienist: Don't go there, any service industry is only as good as the way clients are treated and today i was mistreated by the hygenist and the doctor. After going to this practice for years and thinking they were great in service and respect to patients time, today I was treated very poorly by a higienyst who was 25 minutes late. She didnt apologize, responded with a smirk and kept taking a long time to start. I decided to leave and asked for her name, she was rude again and would not give me her name even when asked several times. I expected Dr. Barr would respond positively by talking to her and apologizing to me for her lateness and bad atitude, but he never even asked me what had happened and was rude himself when we spoke on the phone.
