The doctor is okay but has little to no patience. He was working on a crown for me and I told him 3 times that part of the metal instrument was burning the side of my lips. He ignored my complaints and finish the procedure. I had huge blisters for 3 days!! He did not even call me to check up on me, I had to call and request to see him. When I went in he admitted that the instrument he used had over heated and that is why my lips were burned but did not apologize. I am definitely not going back. On top of that when I tried to change doctors his staff made it extremely troublesome for me to get a copy of my x-rays and file. I sent a written letter with the request and was told that the Dr. had to approve my request (does not make any sense to make that he has to approve the request because the file I am requesting is mine and my insurance paid for my x-rays) and that it takes days to make copies because they are busy with other patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
