Dr Whiteman keeps up on the latest incredible dental innovations. Like the on-lay machine that routes a perfect replacement for large fillings. Old technology called for the typical crown chop, root canal, post, temporary crown and permanent crown routine. With Dr Whitemans new onlay technology he avoided chopping any healthy part of the tooth and routed a perfect replacement tooth part instead of the usual routine of chopping the tooth off and having a crown made is some dental lab. The best part is that it was done all in one visit. I had one tooth that was cracked vertically into the root. Instead of pulling the tooth, he custom made a perfect replacement onlay crown that held the tooth together to give it time to heal. It worked! Although a bit risky it was much better than pulling the tooth. He also uses a new advanced laser to check for oral cancer. Although he has not participated, he was telling me that stem cells have been used to grow new tooth enamel in soldiers that have mouth injuries from Iraq. Simply put, Dr Whiteman is up on the latest technology and keeps the patient well informed. He's just simply the best dentist I have ever known.

About Hygienist: Dr Whitemans hygienist also use the latest technology and do a terrific job. I drink a lot of tea that stains my teeth. They know how to get it off.
