Dr. Arakawa has a very gentle touch that puts me at ease...and I'm a nervous patient with dental phobia. His staff is very friendly with a nice local style. I felt that I had quality care that was handled in a professional manner. More importantly, Dr. Arakawa communicated well and had a wonderful chairside manner. I would highly recommend new patients to him.
