I've stop seeing Dr. Hironaka because I felt that he "found" things in my mouth to fix. My new dentist confirmed unnecessary work in my mouth. He refuses to work with mercury fillings, therefore having another reason for higher costs for fillings. Every time I went in for a cleaning I got scoldings for not properly flossing. While I understand his point of view as my dentist, I'm not a child and do not need to be scolded. Billing services are inconsistent and unprofessional. Bills come months later inconsistently.
About Hygienist: Ok. They did good work but are hard to communicate with because some of them don't speak English well. Once the dentist reprimanded her while I was in the chair. Awkward!
