Old equipment causing issues. X ray has to ben taken multiple times due to film exposure being wrong.
Most of the modern offices use x ray directly hooked with computer to get imaging.
Waste of time, money, and my health exposing to x ray multiple times for the same picture.
Went in for a cavity treatment, I was automatically put into scaling, deep cleaning before the cavity work. Asked the staff and their response was that my insurance covers it.
I didn't agree with the service of scaling nor my approval was given, but they went and filed it. Fraud??? You bet!
A dirty tactic played and I didn't feel good about it at all. Avoid.
