Had some cosmetic work, dr Watkins seems to scam the insurance company by billing them the full amount and then taking half from you while the insurance charges are still pending, he double bills the insurance company, in the end your insurance won't cover it and them your stuck with a huge bill to dr Watkins, scam artist is what they are.
