About Front Desk: The front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. I've never received any type of "hello" or greeting when I walk in and the one assistant, Liana, always has a puss on her face. She is unhelpful, always seems irritated, and does not know how to talk to people. The finance assistant is also unprofessional. As assistants and front desk staff, it is their job to be welcoming and helpful and neither one of them does a good job, especially Liana. Maybe she has something wrong with her or a disability of some sort, but she is so difficult and always seems upset to be at work.

About Hygienist: I have different hygienists each time. Some are okay and some are a little stuck-up. As long as I receive a good cleaning, it doesn't really matter to me.
