My sons (13 & 9) visited Dr. Carr today for the first time. They had an awesome experience! First of all, the office staff were extremely welcoming, polite, professional, and kind. The office is just as beautiful too (pristine clean). They offer coffee, tea, and bottled water. :)
We were quite apprehensive with this first visit because they had been at their previous dentist since 3yo. Both boys are very shy too but they said they liked the dentist. It's very unusual to hear this from them.
A tour was given of their lovely facility and then there was no wait time before they were taken back for their eval and cleaning.
Dr. Carr is gentle and very loving. She was hugging my boys even though it was her first time meeting them. She explained everything she found and gave time for me to ask questions. I found her to be thorough, open, up-front, and "down to earth'.
I highly recommend this dentist for any pediatric patient!!!
