Dr. Gradishar's office will not inform you if your cleaning is covered by your insurance's yearly visits, until after the cleaning is performed. His receptionist gives out misleading information on this question. He is rude and abrasive, but his hygenist is very good. Shame about the record keeping. We changed dentist because of this.
