Dr. Gradishar and his staff are very professional, excellent dentists and hygienists. I have been very pleased with their work from cleaning and X-rays, to specific issue consultations with myself and my three kids since they were little. Now in college, my kids still prefer to go to Dr. Gradishar when they return home from school during breaks. We are thrilled to recommend Dr. Gradishar and his exceptional staff to others.

Dr. Gradishar is very professional. Since I have been seeing him, my oral health has been consistent with no serious problems.

About Front Desk: The staff is friendly and serviceable.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is very thorough, but gentle.

I am very pleased with the professional care and customer-oriented service i've received from Dr. Gradishar and his team. The atmosphere is always pleasant and timely. The care has been excellent. I've found Dr. Gradishar to be meticulous and expert in my care, His staff are knowledgeable and work well together. It has always been a very satisfying experience. Would recommend Dr. Gradishar and his team without reservation.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff are always on "top of it". Schedule the next vist at that time, help with payment etc all with pleasant attitude and customer service.

Very friendly and professional Staff. They treat you like a person not a # on a patient chart. You are not kept waiting, always seen in a timely manner. If you have a dental emergency Dr. Gradishar is always available via phone or in person to offer when necessary. This office has taken care of my fillings, cleanings and preventative care for years. I have always received excellent care for myself as well as others in my family.

Dr. Gradishar is an excellent general dentist, to include root canals and crowns. My family has been seeing him for at least 10 years. He accepts most insurance plans. I've had no problems with billing or service. His office might not be fancy, but it is clean, cheerful, and efficient. But do arrive at your appt. on time! Late arrivals may have to reschedule.

About Front Desk: His assistants are pleasant and do double duty on the front desk. They always call the day before to remind me of my appt.

Until today I would have said he's fine, but because my son was not on their list, even though they had been paid by the insurance as having seen him (they did not - they saw my husband), they would not allow me to schedule his appointment without a credit card payment. I backdated my son's enrollment and without a new paper copy of the list mailed to them, they still will not see him. They were paid by the insurance company as if they had seen him and never corrected it because they get paid more for pediatric visits! The staff had been perfectly pleasant until this time (same staff)! I'm extremely disappointed that they don't seem interested in seeing or keeping patients. If you are assigned to him -switch immediately!

About Hygienist: The hygienists have always been extremely nice. I can't imagine how they stand working for him.

Dr. Gradishar's office will not inform you if your cleaning is covered by your insurance's yearly visits, until after the cleaning is performed. His receptionist gives out misleading information on this question. He is rude and abrasive, but his hygenist is very good. Shame about the record keeping. We changed dentist because of this.

Hostile environment in office. Observed dentist being rude with staff. Painful injection of numbing material, bad outcome of procedures. Dentist seems rushed and oblivious to chair-side manners. Definitely would stay away from this one. Stayed with him for a while due to affordability. I got less than what I paid for in my opinion. More expensive problems in the long run. Do not use.
