Until today I would have said he's fine, but because my son was not on their list, even though they had been paid by the insurance as having seen him (they did not - they saw my husband), they would not allow me to schedule his appointment without a credit card payment. I backdated my son's enrollment and without a new paper copy of the list mailed to them, they still will not see him. They were paid by the insurance company as if they had seen him and never corrected it because they get paid more for pediatric visits! The staff had been perfectly pleasant until this time (same staff)! I'm extremely disappointed that they don't seem interested in seeing or keeping patients. If you are assigned to him -switch immediately!
About Hygienist: The hygienists have always been extremely nice. I can't imagine how they stand working for him.
