I have no insurance. I went to this office for an exam (for which I paid cash) and a quote for future procedure. I made a future appointment and was given a quote for the procedure.
A few weeks later I kept the appointment and had the procedure performed. Upon checkout I was told my the "annoying and disturbing" receptionist (?) that the procedure would cost a lot more than the original quote. She told me that "...because a few weeks had past the cost had gone up." Seriously???? As a professional person myself I do not regard this as professional. I would never recommend this place when there are so many more "professional" and fair dentist offices in the area.
I felt like a victim of a "bait and switch."
About Front Desk: Very uncaring, unfriendly and "money hungry."
