I had my best endodontist experience ever with Dr. Ne. I was not really hopeful since I have an HMO Dental plan. I am one of those cowardly patients and almost need sedation for teeth cleaning! LOL. Anyway, she was very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything before she did it. There is a TV in the ceiling and you can watch any movie on their list. There is even a massage pad on their exam table. I am afraid of needles but I have to say it was almost painless - quite a difference from what I sometimes get. Her office staff is friendly, professional and also helpful. The office is beautiful and has this really relaxing waterfall fountain when you walk in. Everything was neat and clean and the xray film don't hurt your mouth like in other dentist offices.
The main thing - she found the tooth that was causing my pain. My "regular" dentist said it was one of 3 teeth and referred me. Dr. Ne found it was NONE of those 3 and promptly found the problem! I would highly recommend Dr. Ne and her office staff for anyone need an endodontists...I just wish she was a dentist too!
