My first encounter with Dr. Holt and her staff was positive, however, in follow-up encounters I was talked down to, by her assistant and neither Dr. Holt nor her assistant returned phone calls as promised. She appeared to be a knowledgeable dentist, however, in the absence of prompt and friendly customer service, I decided to go elsewhere.
