The doctor is not very friendly, nor is she good at explaining treatment. I know several people who needed her work to be redone. Her staff is fantastic, especially her assistants, but she has had no less than 14 receptionists in the past 5 years- a sure sign she's not treating them very well! Her bills are confusing, and nobody seems to be able to figure out why you owe what you owe, so if you don't have insurance that will pay for everything completely, beware! I will NOT be seeing Dr. Palomaki again.
