Dr lezell cemented a gold crown over my totally decayed molar while he was working at Mid Michigan General Dentistry in Potterville. 18 days later my crown fell off while I was in California, having to go to another dentist to find he had botched my tooth, I ended up having the tooth extracted in California by an oral surgeon that said the tooth had no hope. Dr Richard Lezell could only say to me he was very busy in june/09. Beware hes in a hurry to make a buck and was very rude when he was caught. This cost me $900 and 2 weeks of pain on my vacation
