I went to this doctor about 2 year ago. He told me that I need to treat my gums and an antibiotic medicine will be required to treat them. Also I had to order the prescription and will have to pay the copay. He ordered twice the amount of antibiotic that was needed to treat my gums. When the treatment was performed I questioned him as to why did he order more than the required quantity of medicine, he simply said we can use it later , I had to pay out of my pocket for the copay when it was not needed.
The office manager is extremely rude and does not accept the billing mistakes made by her. she charged me twice for the examination , when questioned about the charge , she replied that if i had paid the charge on the same day, this mistake would not have happened.
This office is extremely inflexible , their cancellation policy is to call 24 hours prior to appointment. I called to cancel my appointment 231/2 hour before my appointment they charged me for the cancellation.
I will not recomend this doctors office to anyone.
