Have had to have 3 out of the 4 crowns (less than 4 years old) replaced. He was unable to numb one of them and he said at the time he wasn't sure he could prep it properly, but proceeded anyway. One of them had decay underneath, one of them needed a root canal (I had complained of pain prior to crown placement), and of course, the one that had not been properly prepped. I also needed to see a prosthodontist to correct my bite because I was bitting my tongue and spitting when I talked after he replaced 2 of the crowns.
