Horrible! He doesn't allow parents to go back with kids after age 6. I don't agree at all...dentists are scary and it is expected that kids are uncomfortable and nervous. Parents should be allowed back to comfort and reassure their own child. A dentist who is a stranger to my child should not be the one trying to comfort them. What reason do they have to trust that person? I wouldn't want them to anyways. My daughter left in tears she was in pain due to the xray bites and said she couldn't breathe with them in her mouth. Despite her complaining and crying to the dentist he continued and also did multiple attempts at xrays because he wasn't getting a good shot. I'm sure she felt forced to do something that she wasn't comfortable with and that shouldn't have happened without me present and consoling her.we will not be returning!
