I had cavaties filled, cleaning, crowns etc. Chairside manners are ok, staff is trained. The reason behind the low score is the focus on making money and not so much the patient. I have seen her less and less over the last 3 years because of this, and now will change to another dentist. When I go there I feel rushed and they seemingly like to recommend "extra" procedures, e.g. extra x-rays. When I first went there, it was great but now I feel like cattle getting pushed through.

About Hygienist: The dentist is nice and she seems to favor an assistant and the air of the place seems unprofessional. I actually hope she reads this because it would undoubtedly help her.
