Dr. Hamilton is a good periodontist and has excellent bed-side manner. My rating is for the staff in New Braunfels. Staff are not sensitive to patient privacy. Other patient information was left in view in exam room while staff stepped out of the office. Instructions on pre or post op procedures are delivered in the public waiting room. website: excellentperiodontist.com refers to implants as artificial teeth, but in the contract for pricing the artificial teeth are called crowns and staff does not clearly explain that Hamilton's cost is only for the titanium posts and does not include the artificial teeth. If you know exactly what crowns are, then you might do better than I did. Please do ask for an estimate of those crowns before committing to the implants. I was advised that implants were my only option even when I requested a partial denture instead. Hamilton said he would be sued for malpractice if he gave me a partial denture. I should have gotten a second opinion.
