For an adult you're better off going somewhere else for braces unless you're looking to inquire other health issues & out of pocket cost. Do your research find a good functional orthodontist and not a traditional one. An orthodontist that has better tech & training Plus never let an orthodontist extract teeth for adults or kids- this can lead to serious problems. Never let them sand down/ do occulsal adjustments for this too can ruin your bite and cause problems. Back office staff were friendly for the regulars, seems like they had a lot of new assistants at times that didn't know much of what they were doing.

About Front Desk: I'm giving too stars for the ease of setting up appointments, but not happy with the fact that they don't send out reminder text or calls. Other ortho offices do The customer service could be a little better or not seem like they hate being there.
