I went to Dr. Wallace for the removal of tooth remnants as a result of a botched tooth extraction and to get two molar implants. I consider myself a high maintenance patient when it comes to the level of service offered by dental providers. In today's marketplace the competition is fierce, but weeding through all the choices can be a real chore. Dr. Wallace met or exceeded my expectations in every category I consider important. My wife was brought into the room so that she could be briefed on the procedure, how it would flow, and the required post-op care. The procedure and preparation was thoroughly explained to us and it went like clockwork. It is three days after my implant surgery and I have minimal discomfort or pain. I seem to be healing well with no complaints or problems. I got Doctor Wallace's mobile number as well, in case I had any complications over the weekend. I highly recommend Dr. Wallace and his team for any oral surgery needs. He and his staff passed my strict standards of care and then some.

About Front Desk: The team, to a person, are professional and pleasant. Even to the point of their appearance. Everyone had a high degree of competence related to their position or function. I experienced no anxiety from the moment I checked-in to when I was discharged. Once I was checked in, I was never left to wait. One thing I did not anticipate, but came as a pleasant surprise, was the live plant I received from Dr. Wallace and Dallas Oral Surgery the day after my procedure. I opened my front door on Saturday and there on my stoop was a lush potted tropical plant with a card from Dallas Oral Surgery. It really caught me by surprise, pleasantly.
