I went in for consultation for extractions. He was willing to do the extractions there in his office at a very reasonable cost at first. Then, he called me a few days later stating I couldn't have it done there-that I had to go to an oral surgeon which is much more expensive. The reason I was given was due to my personality. He based it on our interaction. I also had severe infections which another dentist has since given me antibiotics for which he didn't even offer, although I told him I was in pain.
About Front Desk: They sent my information to another dentist and were very happy to do so. They didn't even ask me to sign a release of information form just sent it via email.
