It started with a crown Dr. E had to replace because it broke within the year they put it on. Then i decided to get the rest of my teeth work done there. Big Mistake! They needed to do another crown for the other side of my mouth. My tooth was cracking & in alot of Pain. After Dr. E gave me a temporary crown-my teeth were in so much Pain! He triggered a nerve & he made my root canal WORST! i complained right away but his staff was not taking me serious. The only remorse was from the receptionist Liz. I called that next week complaining that i was getting the worst headaches in the world that pain was going from my tooth to my head. and i was taking so much pills i was having stomach issues now. & I couldn't eat on top of if because my tooth was in so much pain for weeks now. i came in the office to get it looked at by Dr. E just to be asked if i Really had that pain? He went on to keep saying It's not that Bad-Is it?! He told me i dont understand all the pain "I SAY that i am having because he said he didnt see what i was talking about. He sent me to a root canal specialist. they explained i was in so much pain because the tooth was almost dead. Dr. E cost me a migraine headache specialist $164.00 Plus months of tortuous PAIN.

About Front Desk: LIz was the greatest helper there! she runs the front desk. she was Always kind and understanding of Any issues we had, weather it was about teeth, pain, or financial. jolean was great too. but we dealt with Liz mostly. Marie Dr. e assistant was nice. But Liz was always so helpful in all areas. Thanks to Liz is why we kept going back. If she didnt work there- we would not have went back after Dr. E cuased me to get the worst root canal problem by drilling into a nerve. Liz is the Greatest! Thank you so much Ms. Liz for trying to help us.

About Hygienist: zero star! They NEVER HELPED me with Pain!The Dr. & assistant laugh at you when you are in serious pain & Dr. E was always in disbelief. He askes now finally how i was weeks after stressing my mouth out. Not thorough at all. I went again today 4-23-14 for help & instead he brought the supervisor of front desk with him to see me. Which was puzzeling to me because she doesnt work on teeth. So i guess he brought her to KICK me OUT of HIS Office. Officially. Wow What a coward on top of it. He shouldnt have ANY access to EVER be head doctor in charge at ANY office. No communication skills, No compassion & doesn't have enough skills or knowledge of people that are afraid of the dentist!! He is codesending to them and belittles them. Then Throws to side the side for one of his sister companies of Bright now dental to pick up his slack! Terrible experiance. He made me NEVER want to see another dentist again. Thanks Dr. E-For all the stress & money you caused me!!
