i was first told that i could not make an appointment until i had a confirmation from my insurance company.
when i finally did 3 weeks later and called to make an appointment, they didn't even ask for what they'd they needed after all. had the receptionist given me the correct information and i made an appointment the first time when i called, i probably didn't have to wait for 2 months for a first time check-up and cleaning. that's just too long.
