I have been using Dr. Phillips for the past 15 years at the recommendation of my father. Aside from being far from my residence (over 40 miles away), I have nothing but praise to say about Dr. Phillips. He has a gentle, quiet, yet professional demeanor, and he never "presses" you into making a decision that you are uncertain of. I recently switched to my wife's dentist because of his locality to my home, but must tell you, I had the most absolute worst experience with a dentist in my lifetime. As such, I have returned to Dr. Phillips and will make the 40 mile trek to get his expertise.
The one important thing to note about Dr. Phillips... he will not recommend a procedure that is not necessary. He is effective in his decision making and takes into consideration the longevity of the work, the overall costs, and the aesthetic impact of the procedure. He's not in it to gouge you or the insurance carrier for cash.
He has called me back for personal consultations whenever I call him. He makes himself available. He is conscientious. I highly recommend him.
