very satisfied at first never had problems until it was time for me to make appts and twice i could not come in due to my children were sick, they got upset and stated I could not make anymore appt i needed to call the day of.
The receptionist over talked me not really concern that I was going to look elsewhere for another Dentist, they did not want to work with me. I have never, ever had a dr or dentist deny because I had to resedule. I
work for a big company and i will be sure to let everyone know I had a poor outcome in the time of need. How would i know my children were going to get sick!!
I have found a dentist office that is very customer friendly! Thank you!!
