Terrible! He over billed us by $300 (in his favor). The insurance company "caught" their mistakes when we called to complain about our poor experience with the dentist. Not only that, it took Dr Griffin over a month to call us back. Our insurance company just sent him a check and we were billed afterward for the same money. Very unethical and extremely untrustworthy. We will not go back and don't want anyone to have to go through what we went through.
